submitted by Rachel S. - |Recommended: YesNice property, good living space — We love living here given the apartments have great living space and great use of closets, however, parking is impossible we usually have to park down the street and we have been having issues with mice for the past six months although maintenance has been trying to get rid of them, but to no avail .
submitted by Shamika W. - |Recommended: YesBest experience — I've had many apartments and I must say this is the besting renting experience. Especially for the price It was a little rocky first moving in due to at the time they were going thru a management transition. Love valet trash service. Spacious apartment. I've always rented a 2 bedroom as a single person just because I have alot of stuff and I hate clutter. I am in a one bedroom and not even missing the 2nd bedroom im used too. My only complaint is the mice The constant droppings I find in the kitchen is gross I can say management take care any complaints and pest control comes regularly but tenants also have to do their diligence by keeping their place clean I really wish they hold ppl accountable for cleanliness but hey wishful thinking.

submitted by Michelle M. - |Recommended: YesOffice staff needs improvements, but apartments are decent. — The apartments are decent spacious and price is reasonable. Maintenance staff is pretty good. They come as soon as they receive a work order. The leasing office staff are the worse. They contradict themselves, especially if you're working with two different staff members. Not only that, but they also need to improve on communication skills. I had to keep calling the office multiple times in order to reach a staff member instead of an assistant who's supposed to pass the message along. Once you get the staff member, they seem to want to brush you off by just agreeing with what you say but when you pop up with the same question they act like they're just hearing about it for the first time. Didn't like the experience and would only reach out to them if it was the last resort since they seem like they don't want to really help you with your issues anyway. I would recommend the apartments, but I would caution them of the leasing staff.

This is the first complex I've lived where the maintenance team is on point They actually come within 24 if not 48 hours My only complaints are that since I have a bottom unit, there are bugs mainly centipedes . They are EXTREMELY annoying to see. I have a separate pest control service aside from the complex to try to keep my apartment pest free. Also, when children are playing outside, they tend to always knock and look through the windows and dig in the dirt with sticks directly at my living room and bedroom windows. I also wish there was more closet space in the 2nd bedroom, but that's a layout issue. Other than the issues I've mentioned, the neighbors are very nice and friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. I would recommend this property to others. I give it an overall 4 stars.

submitted by Reuben R. - |Recommended: NoGreat location was not happy with move in condition — Great location and community, however our move in was disappointing. There were bubbles in the bathroom ceiling. The appliances were old and filthy and have not been functioning properly and yet were denied a replacement. Very friendly property staff but not thrilled with results.

submitted by Pernell P. - |Recommended: YesI recently moved into Pickwick last November 2019 and I really like it so far, I would definitely renew based on what I think so far. The in-unit washer and dryer is a godsend and is so much better than going to a basement and fighting with other tenants over W D. The units are pretty efficient having a programmable thermostat so I can utilize energy efficiently to keep my bill as low as possible. The kitchen in my unit seems a little outdated and I wish it was more up to date, but for the price of rent I pay, I am okay with that. The move-in process was pretty well the only thing is that I felt a little rushed when one of the office workers did my walkthrough with me. I missed somethings during the walkthrough, but I put in tickets after I moved in and they were handled very promptly. Overall it's a great place to live, it's quiet and peaceful. I wish they did more community events or something so that I could get to know more of the people here.

submitted by Paris B. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful apartment...awesome staff — I've only been moved in a week but the staff has been phenomenal since the beginning. Signing the lease was easy, the apartment was ready upon move-in date. I did have a few things maintenance needed to fix, but they came out fast to handle my requests. Plenty of parking and the neighbors are very kind. This has been by far the smoothest move I've ever done.
