|Recommended: Yes209 Pickwick...we Love It — My husband, Ralph and I moved into 209 Pickwick Apartments on August 14, 2024 and we Love It
First I will say there are always things that could use improvement but for us, it is just what we were looking for in a place to call home. The community is quiet and peaceful. That's a big plus for us.
Our neighbors are kind and neighborly, even the couple of dogs in the building are pretty quiet. It's nice to see them being walked out into the fresh air.
Our one bedroom apartment came with a washing machine and dryer and a dishwasher. It really has everything we need.
We have a perfect location where we can see part of the street from our balcony. I am so happy we have a balcony and not a terrace. The balcony is big and comfortable to relax on first thing in the morning while drinking our coffee.
So far any maintenance requests that have been submitted have been taken care of swiftly. Thank you Maintenance Team.
The Leasing Team here at 209 Pickwick are real gems. Shana was our point of contact and she did an outstanding job assisting us in finding our right and perfect new home. She and Daniel, the other leasing agent worked diligently to assist us in finding the right apartment at a comfortable leasing price. When Shana is not available, Daniel steps in and we can do business with
him.
All in All the Leasing Agents have been extremely helpful, kind and courteous.
We received a beautiful flowered plant when we moved in. It was a nice touch.

|Recommended: YesThis is hands down the best place you can live Maintenance comes quickly and has resolved any concern I’ve had immediately. The staff are all friendly and truly care about the community and their residents. The amenities alone make this community perfection, but the cleanliness really sets them apart. The units are large and well maintained. I have not had any major issues and I have felt heard and supported when I did. Honestly, five stars isn’t enough

|Recommended: NoNot What You Pay For — They promise stuff when signing the lease but it was all lies and deception when I moved in. The landlord also has an attitude when addressing issues.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 10 years. While my apartment is comfortable and the maintenance staff is wonderful, I've consistently had difficulty communicating with the office staff. I have emailed and called about concerns and no one gets back to you.
