submitted by Gabriel B. - |Recommended: YesGood Surroundings — Pickwick is a nice facility with good accommodations and maintenance. The apartment sizes require some increase, but otherwise they are in good shape. Unfortunately there is not much storage space in the apartment.

submitted by Amara B. - |Recommended: YesI was suppose to move her July 11th. I was told the apartment would be ready then and I could view it. I kept asking to view it. I told them I move out of my apartment that same day would it actually be ready They assured me that it would. They told me they usually don’t let people see it beforehand, but they will let me see it and then told me I would not be able to see it because it was not done. I would literally be looking at it an hour before I moved in, I told them I would not be moving in due to them saying I can only see it an hour before moving in. It has been almost 3 months and I have not received my security deposit back yet. I will be reaching out to corporate and lawyers, if need be.

submitted by Ralph B. - |Recommended: Yes209 Pickwick...we Enjoy Living Here — Our experience at 209 Pickwick has been quite enjoyable. We have a one bedroom vintage apartment. Our neighbors are great The whole section here is very nice and people are very kind. Its a great family atmosphere here. Our apartment is comfortable except for in the winter. It gets extremely cold. If we turn up the heat to 74 it warms up pretty good but our BGE bill was outrageous Over 200 which is not affordable. We requested weather stripping at the door to our apartment which they did and it helped but we also think something else could help not sure what though. We shouldn't have to be cold in our home. And we live on the 2nd level so there may be drafts coming in through the windows. Other than that, we are pleased with our home here. The staff are really Awesome Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Whenever we have had a maintenance issue, the staff responds very quickly and resolves whatever the issue is. We haven't had many over this past year. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood and we are happy to be renewing our least for another term. And and it has been truly wonderful living here. living here makes you feel truly like you’re at home. It is everything here that makes a person feels complete from having wonderful neighbors and services provided by maintenance. Also, the team here in the leasing office is awesome. Shana I want to acknowledge because from the first time I came in back in August 2024 she has assisted me every step of the way. She really went over and beyond and demonstrated a level of excellence and professionalism that would reassure a person that this is where they need to be. submitted by B. C. - |Recommended: YesMy toilet was not flushing properly. I sent in a work order and in due course a young man knocked on the front door. I answered, pointed and got out of the way. I didn’t get his name but he is amazing It took him about 5 minutes and off he went to his next job I was very impressed
