submitted by Pernell P. - |Recommended: YesI recently moved into Pickwick last November 2019 and I really like it so far, I would definitely renew based on what I think so far. The in-unit washer and dryer is a godsend and is so much better than going to a basement and fighting with other tenants over W D. The units are pretty efficient having a programmable thermostat so I can utilize energy efficiently to keep my bill as low as possible. The kitchen in my unit seems a little outdated and I wish it was more up to date, but for the price of rent I pay, I am okay with that. The move-in process was pretty well the only thing is that I felt a little rushed when one of the office workers did my walkthrough with me. I missed somethings during the walkthrough, but I put in tickets after I moved in and they were handled very promptly. Overall it's a great place to live, it's quiet and peaceful. I wish they did more community events or something so that I could get to know more of the people here.

Signing the lease was easy, the apartment was ready upon move-in date. I did have a few things maintenance needed to fix, but they came out fast to handle my requests. Plenty of parking and the neighbors are very kind. This has been by far the smoothest move I've ever done.

Very Clean And Available Parking. — The staff is very friendly and prompt to meet your concerns, with follow ups to ensure concerns are addressed. Quiet, private, friendly neighborhood that is convenient to local shopping centers and highways. Apartment floor is amazing and very spacious.

Friendly neighborhood and safe. Maintenance can be difficult to schedule but daily upkeep such as trash and snow removal is great.

It has been recently bought out by quest management . They are trying hard to better the service and maintenance. The customer service is not very good right now. They do not get back to you or respond. They send out a lot of emails but they are focusing on pushing their new apartments and not helping the people who already live here as much.
