The parking for Fallstaff is horrible, people leave their cars in a spot for months and months at a time and never move them, which lowers the availability for people who live there and actually use their cars. Also people who do not live there park there and walk to their destination. I do not feel safe at night going to my car alone, also your security team sits in the Fallstaff parking lot talking to a couple for hours about their dogs.

submitted by Shmuel K. - |Recommended: YesGreat Location And Very Well Maintained, But Not Safe To Walk Outside At Night — I love living in a community where i can make new friends and play outside with my children But at night it is an open area without any serious security measures other than a security guard who sits in his car until late in the evening, and leaves before midnight. we had our car vandalized and so did a few of our neighbors, but we didn't see any changes in how the management considers our safety. it is an obvious fact that baltimore has a high crime rate, and that is why many properties have a 24 hr surveillance system in place, to provide a feeling of security to the tenants, and to be prepared to assist in the event of a tragedy. this can be fixed if the management truly cared about our safety and the safety of our children.

submitted by Faith B. - |Recommended: NoGreat Maintenance Staff, Over Priced For A One Bedroom Apartment With Many Issues. — It’s a nice place in general. So many issues that don’t get resolved. Maintenance staff is the only great and positive thing about living here. We have so many bugs on the first floor, our bathroom ceiling is caving in.. the first day we moved in our entire bathroom flooded an hour after we got our keys and destroyed everything that was put in there and to this day still sometimes does. And the fan doesn’t work.. over all it’s not worth the price we pay. Only renewed our lease for another year is due to us saving for a bigger place with less issues. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who especially has kids.. it’s not sanitary.. also our fire alarms are always going off for no reason or end up dying after having the battery changed a week before.. 209 at pickwick isn’t worth the price.. 1020 for a one bedroom with so many issues.. isn’t worth it whatsoever
